The fund will provide ongoing support to maintain a memorial site located at the birthplace of sport parachuting in the United States, the Orange Municipal Airport in Orange, Massachusetts. The memorial site was constructed in 2006 and recognizes the location of the 1962 World Sport Parachuting Championship that was held there and also memorializes pioneers and friends of the sport.
