This endowed fund focuses on preserving, enhancing and providing access to the natural beauty of North Central Massachusetts and on enhancing the welfare of domestic animals.
Objective
Preserve, restore and provide public access to the natural environment of the region and promote the humane treatment of animals through education, advocacy, and services.
Examples include:
- Animal rescue, protection, and placement
- Animal welfare education
- Land/water preservation
- Habitat restoration
- Improving public access to natural places
- Environmental/outdoor education

- Grant information sessions: January 27 at 2:00 p.m. and February 3 at 10:00 a.m.
- Application deadline: February 25, 2022
- Award announcement: April 8, 2022
