New On-Line Giving Platform Improves Donor Experience: Three Enhancements

Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts fund holders now have secure access to view the fund they established with us, through a new Donor Portal called DonorCentral

DonorCentral is a fully integrated donor management solution that optimizes our donors’ ability to engage in the causes they care about most. It is a cloud platform designed exclusively for social good organizations. With DonorCentral, you can view your latest fund balances, distributions, gifts, fund statements and make grant recommendations as well as review your history.

“We were looking for a modern, convenient experience for our donors that they can access anytime. DonorCentral delivered this.” said Linda Mack, Vice President for Philanthropy

Donors can connect on a more personal level with our “Community Happenings” page which gives funding opportunities, latest news and interesting topics that align with their interests.

DonorCentral is increasing efficiencies for staff also by connecting donors directly with our data, eliminating the burden of frequent donor requests for information. The information automatically maps to our database. Saving hours of time entering information manually.

Here is what a few donors had to say:

“Hey Linda, it looks terrific! And if I can make it work from a technological standpoint, that should be true for anyone. I especially liked the simplicity of the site, and seeing past grants prominently toward the bottom of page, with scroll ability. As well as the ability to donate again to the same organization.”

“The new site looks great!  Much cleaner and much more user-friendly than the old site!”

“I took a quick run through it and overall found it pretty easy to work with and it had some nice features like the graphs with yearly history of grants and contributions.”
